the crisis we face is an ecological one: the sixth mass extinction. but at root it is a spiritual crisis - both in its causes and its impact on humanity. it calls for a change of direction which will depend on a change of heart and mind. how we bring about this great turning must entail a deep searching of soul and it seems we will have to do this together in communion with one another and with the other than human world
